This website is operated by Uncanny Masks. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Using our store

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your province, state, or country to make a purchase. You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you order.

2. Products

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors, textures, and details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Our masks are novelty costume products made of latex. They are not toys, and they are not protective equipment.

3. Latex and safety warning

Our masks contain latex and are not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy or sensitive skin. Stop using a mask immediately if you feel discomfort, irritation, or difficulty breathing. Do not wear a mask in a way that blocks your vision or breathing, and do not wear one while driving or operating machinery. Adult supervision is recommended for younger wearers.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers, and product availability at any time. Promotional offers, including free gifts, are limited as described at the time of the offer and while supplies last. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Uncanny Masks or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncanny Masks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

Your use of our store is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Uncanny Masks operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
