Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 8 to 11 business days. Total time from order to delivery may be slightly longer once order processing is included. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: actual delivery time can vary with your location, the carrier, customs, and weather.

Delivery before Halloween

Our site shows an order-by deadline for Halloween delivery, calculated from our estimated 8 to 11 business day shipping window. Orders placed before that deadline are shipped so that they are meant to arrive before October 31. Your estimated delivery date is also shown at checkout before you pay. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.

Free express shipping

Orders that contain two or more masks ship free with express delivery. Orders with a single mask ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Order processing

We begin processing your order as soon as your payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Taxes, duties, and fees

Taxes are calculated at checkout. Depending on your location and the carrier, import duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees may apply to your parcel. Unless they are shown at checkout, they are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. We will help resolve it. See our Refund Policy for more.
