Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your mask. If you're not, here is how returns and refunds work at Uncanny Masks.

Returns

You can return a mask within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Because our masks are worn on the face, we cannot accept returns of masks that show signs of wear, makeup, damage, or alteration.

How to start a return

Email us at maskhalloween.pro@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost if a return is needed.

Return shipping

For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Latex allergy

Our masks are made of latex and are not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy. Please read the product page before you order.
